Delivery Frequently Asked Questions
Can I increase or reduce the number of tables on my order once I pay the deposit?
Yes, our policy is that once the order is confirmed, you can reduce the inventory by up to 20% of the highest total, up to 30 days before the event. After that 30 day mark, the total is nonrefundable. You are more than welcome to add tables and benches up to 1 week before the event, provided we have the inventory available. Any additions after the 30 day prior mark will also be considered final.
When is delivery made?
Our standard delivery fee covers deliveries between 8:00am and 2:00pm on the day of your event, or 8:00am and 5:00pm the day before, inventory and venue permitting. By Monday, the week of your delivery, an email will be sent to you with a mutually agreed upon 3 hour window for both delivery and pickup. For full-weekend orders, the standard delivery fee will cover delivery between 8:00am and 5:00pm on Thursday or Friday, with pickup between 8:00am and 5:00pm on Sunday or Monday. We are not able to provide a 3 hour window until the Monday before your event.
Do I need to be present to receive delivery?
It is best if someone is on site to show us where to place the tables. If no one is available, please provide a detailed layout by the Monday before your event, and ensure that our crew will have access to the space during the entire delivery window. Whether or not you are on site for delivery, our crew will need a minimum of 2 contact names and phone numbers for both delivery and pickup, to make sure we can get a hold of you if we have any issues.
What is covered by the delivery fee?
Delivery rates are based on door-to-door service and assume there is easy access for wheeled carts, and the tables and benches will be placed no more than 50 feet from the nearest truck access point. Please let us know when you place your order if there are any stairs, elevators, slopes, sharp turns, or any other obstacles we will need to maneuver. We will set up the rentals in the location you have provided when reserving your order. If no one is on site and detailed instructions have not been provided, then we will neatly stack items in a convenient location.
What if my delivery and pickup needs do not fit within the standard guidelines?
We are happy to work with you to make special delivery arrangements when possible. Any delivery or pickup outside of our operating hours (8:00am – 5:00pm) will be subject to a Night Pickup Fee. If your venue has obstacles as described above, we will assess the situation and charge for on site labor as applicable. Please mention any irregularities when placing your order.

We deliver to the greater Puget Sound area. For destination events, we require a full weekend rental and an order minimum.
