Delivery Pricing

We deliver to the greater Puget Sound area. Delivery pricing is based on distance of venue from our headquarters in Redmond. Please contact us with your venue address for an accurate delivery quote.

We are open to events in Eastern Washington, the San Juans and Oregon, and each event is subject to its own minimums and delivery fees.

We do not allow clients to come pick up inventory.


Delivery FAQ

When is delivery made?
Our standard delivery fee covers deliveries between 8:00am and 2:00pm on the day of your event, or 8:00am and 5:00pm the day before, inventory and venue permitting.

We are not able to provide a 2 hour window until the Monday before your event.

Do I need to be present to receive delivery?
It is best if someone is on site to show us where to place the tables. If no one is available, please provide a detailed layout by the Monday before your event, and ensure that our crew will have access to the space during the entire delivery window. Whether or not you are on site for delivery, our crew will need a minimum of 2 contact names and phone numbers for both delivery and pickup, to make sure we can get a hold of you if we have any issues.

What is covered by the delivery fee?
Delivery rates are based on door-to-door service and assume there is easy access for wheeled carts, and the tables and benches will be placed no more than 50 feet from the nearest truck access point. Please let us know when you place your order if there are any stairs, elevators, slopes, sharp turns, or any other obstacles we will need to maneuver. We will set up the rentals in the location you have provided when reserving your order. If no one is on site and detailed instructions have not been provided, then we will neatly stack items in a convenient location.

What if my delivery and pickup needs do not fit within the standard guidelines?
We are happy to work with you to make special delivery arrangements when possible. Any delivery or pickup outside of our operating hours (8:00am – 5:00pm) will be subject to a Night Pickup Fee. If your venue has obstacles as described above, we will assess the situation and charge for on site labor as applicable. Please mention any irregularities when placing your order.


Other Questions

Can I rent just one table for a head table?
Yes, you can rent just one table if you’re ok paying the full minimum rental price plus the delivery fee. We occasionally make exceptions for single-table rentals in the off-season in Redmond or Woodinville.

Can I stop by to see the tables?
If you’d like to see the tables in person, please make an appointment. We run this business out of our home, so please do not come by unannounced. 

How does the reservation process work?
Write to us. Once we’ve put together an order that you’re happy with, we’ll ask that you pay 50% to reserve, and sign the rental agreement. That 50% is non-refundable. The final payment is due 30 days before the event itself.
